Iam a young and dynamic ugandan lady working for peace in my community which for long has been affected by violent conflicts arising from intercommunity clushes as a result of struggle over scarce reosurces(water and pasture).cattle rustling,availalibilty of small arms ,harsh climatic conditons and long term marginalisation of the region by governments have left families and children in dear nnneed for peace
