What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
To play my part for Worlds's Peace. And to make this world a real place to live & help those who can't help them selves.

I am a results oriented and energetic MBA, PFA & Project Management professional, strategic thinker, writer with the focus on economic issues currently world is facing with a desire to lead international development projects.

During my professional career I worked as a consultant, volunteer, corporate professional & development professional. This diversity gives me an edge that I am well aware about the customs, norms and organizational cultures of both sectors, i.e. Development & Corporate sector.

I have extensive experience in planning, business processes re-engineering, Organizational Development, Financial Modeling, Grants/Financial & Administration Management, directing, and delivering successful projects. In addition to my development work in Pakistan, Afghanistan & United Arab Emirates, I also have experience with community assessments, public hearings, Procurement, Contract Negotiations, Logistic Management, Security assessments in the vicinity, and organizational change. My unique strengths include a strong ability to stay focused, clearly defining scope of work, developing budgets, building international and virtual teams, managing schedules, procuring materials, mitigating risks, and communicating results to stakeholders.
