WHAT OTHERS SAY
PCDN is an absolutely indispensable advertising platform for our work at TechChange. The network and its members and extremely influential within the international development arena. Roughly 20% of applicants for our courses have come from PCDN and we've seen significant increase of around 15% in traffic to our site. The PCDN team is exceptionally professional and I highly recommend the network to others who are interested in advertising. Nick Martin- President of TechChange
Advertising with PCDN has increased Rotary Peace Centers’ external visitors by almost 200%. PCDN is now the number one driver of external visitors to Rotary Peace Centers’ website. Niki Fritz, Rotary Peace Center Program Coordinator, The Rotary Foundation.
What I like the most about this network is its diversity. Not one person, institution, or epistemology, ranks above others due to geography. PCDN has kept me informed, allowed me to voice some opinions, and most importantly, has allowed me to carry out two successful job searches in the past two years. The quality and diversity of candidates that applied to work in my department has just been outstanding. Before posting my job advertisement to PCDN, I had a handful of serious applications. PCDN increased the application numbers by more than 400%. The diversity of the candidates allowed me to interview qualified candidates from all over the world, hence reflecting in my department the diversity of our student population at UPEACE. I find PCDN to be an invaluable job search resource. Dr. Victoria Fontan, Associate Professor, Head, Department of Peace and Conflict Studies, University for Peace
PCDN is an invaluable resource for organizations working on a wide range of issues related to international development. In our recruitment efforts placing an ad on PCDN resulted in a 25% increase in our web traffic. The students and faculty of the Democracy and Governance Program at Georgetown University have benefited tremendously from the many career, funding and networking opportunities on the network.
Dr. Barak Hoffman, Associate Director, M.A. in Democracy and Governance, Department of Government, Georgetown University
PCDN has proven to be an invaluable resource in our recruiting for Hansen Summer Institute on Leadership and International Cooperation. Through posting on the network, and outreach via PCDN's blast emails and social media channels, views of our original posting on the PCDN site increased by about 300%. Our website has also seen an dramatic increase in traffic - according to our web statistics, since the announcement of the Hansen program on PCDN, visits to our web site have increased by 200%.
PCDN has dramatically increased our visibilty and outreach, not only among their 28,000+ members, but also with associates and friends of those subscribers. We are very grateful to PCDN for their invaluable help in recruiting the top candidates for our program.
Bonnie Lamb , Program Coordinator, Hansen Summer Institute , University of San Diego
PCDN is a crucial tool for any organization seeking to communicate and collaborate directly with the global peace community. The impact that the International Peace & Security Institute (IPSI) achieved through our trainings and publications in the last year has been multiplied many times over by utilizing the incredible networking power of the PCDN. No other new technology or social networking site even compares to the PCDN, and we, as the global peacebuilding community, are hugely indebted to PCDN. Cameron Chisholm, President, IPSI
PCDN played a key role in our hiring process, allowing us to connect with and hire an excellent candidate. When it comes to peacebuilding and development, PCDN is the most comprehensive network and resource that we as practitioners have at our fingertips. Meeghan Zahorsky, Associate Consultant, Vera Solutions
My numbers were a bit low for an event, so I decided to post it on PCDN. Not only did I end up with a packed house and overflow room, but a new audience that hadn't previously been exposed to our work. I'm incredibly impressed by the responsiveness and efficiency of the staff, by the size of the network, and by the results both together create.
~Farha Tahir, Program Coordinator and Research Associate in the CSIS Africa Program
