unfortunate that Ugandans are feeling the pitch of economic meltdown. Its quite absurd that the citizens bear almost entire blunt of the economic crisis shortly after ushering in a new government for its  4th term. Its sounds bitter though that the government is not doing enough to ease the situation. what we are seeing is massive and rampant corruption almost in every department of the government, which obviously has affected the revenue collection and equitable sharing of resources among the ugandans. we are seeing poor facilitation and pay of hard working medical staff;medicines disappearing in hospitals and health facilities, which has led the death of many innocent poor mothers, children. to be sincere, our country is in complete control of the few, minority  and untouchable Ugandans @ the expense of  the poor majority. This kind of narcissist has not spared health governance  either. health service delivery and performance, citizen participation, meaningful  and open transparency and accountability have remained  illusive. the sacred task of the well-empowered and politically connected few citizens is to engage in rudimentary acquisition & massive stealing state resources as long as you do it in the name of the ruling party-NRM.  when it comes to program implementation, like the NAADS,the poor are called on to endorse and append their signatures without any questions!! There is no doubt that this kind of stressful situation is becoming one of the prime causes of heinous crimes in the country.

Dear Richard,

I am not offering training with my drama project but am interested in connecting with people who are using drama/poetry to bring conflicting people together. You can see what I am doing at www.samanthasstars.com

Best wishes in your work!
