Experienced in working with couple of UN organizations including UNMIN, UNHCR and UNESCO as well as local NGOs during and after conflict has strengthen me to work on human rights , crisis recovery , conflict resolution and post conflict peace building in multicultural and multinational environment in a professional way . Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills and the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships. Enjoys being part of, as well as managing, motivating and training, a successful and productive team, and thrives in highly pressurised and challenging working environments. Currently working for Human Rights Alliance, Nepal as an Executive Director .

thanks for your comment. it's been awhile since i've been on this...pardon me. i haven't done much refugee resettlement work since last year but now i'm working on a documentary that will spread awareness of how immigration is affecting children in my city of tacoma, washington. if you have any thoughts or ideas, let me know!
