Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
I have quite broad professional interests during my life – started carrier as an engineer in the State Department of Economic in Soviet time and, after Ukraine became an independent state, got involved into privatization processes and especially in public life. While working as a Parliament correspondent for Analytical & Informational Center "Rating-Analysis" (1996-1998), as a Coordinator and Representative for Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants (1999-2001) and League of Professional Women (1997-1999) I participated in different conferences and discovered a facilitator’s role in them. So I passed through several educational ADR and facilitations seminars with Search for Common Ground in Ukraine and was invited to support some project conferences as an administrator. In February 2001 I participated in ADR Informational-educational Exchange Program (USIS) to USA. In 2002 I established with colleagues the independent Ukrainian NGO – Ukrainian Centre for Common Ground. Since 2005 I also became an Open Space Facilitator.
