Dear Mr. Thangavel T U 4 ur comment and apreciate your interests. But u i wonder whether you couldl get the permission from the SL mission. UN Humanitarian assistance is very limited as the government highly restricted the help to Tamils rom outside or they wnted those help should reach them and they will decide to whom they help. I think u r at priliminary stage of PH D let me know ur idea of research and needs specifically so could try to advice u.
Thanks Thangavel for adding me. I am pleased to have you as a friend and look forward to building a mutually beneficial professional networking relationship. Unfortunately, I have not been active on the Peace and Collaborative Network recently because of pressure from my doctoral studies/training. I am focusing on international law with a bias for internationial peace and security from an African perspective. But, I had a stint with peace research studies in the past and hope to come back to it by taking an MA degree in Peace/Conflict once I am done with my PhD in law. Hopefully, we will be able to collaborate in the near future. I look forward to hearing from you.
