I am a lawyer mediator and conciliator defender of Human Rights from native groups in Peru, researcher on dispute resolution, international lecturer and a fighter against corruption. Discriminated, punished and persecuted by the Justice Ministry officials from Fujimori, Toledo and A. Garcia. because my convictions and my academic merits. I have published two books ( official texts of consult in all the peruvian universities), articles, essays.
