What motivated you to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
My motivation was triggered by ongoing and previous conflicts here and around Uganda. So, I have a feeling that if people learn how to resolve the conflicts at the grass-root other than dealing with open conflicts which are more aggresive to contain quickly then the whole world will enjoy total peace for total economic and social development.
