Yes, in most of the situations weak relationships characterised by mistrust, poor channels of communication, and power imbalances underscore the need for a new approach. I also think that your proposed strategies are necessary in a situation where the structure of socio-economic exclusion and human insecurity exist. Your three recommendations are interesting. If it could be translated into actions, I hope that it could help in addressing the situation.

Welcome to this network of people who are working towards conflict resolution, peacebuilding and development! You have done your master's thesis on important area. I would love to know your findings about potential strategies for organized civil society to increase its influence on national-level socioeconomic development policy a decade after the signing of the Peace Accords. As you teach for high school students, participatory approach to post-conflict development and social justice would be very helpful to you.
