- What motivated you to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
- To try and make a difference - and perhaps help others see that there are different ways to resolve dispute or difference than through conflict!

- I work at the Institute of Development Studies in the UK, on conflict and security. I came to peace work through a great belief in non-violence - and by studying Ghandian thought in India; and have completed various courses in conflict resolution (plus a PG Diploma in Peace and Reconciliation).
