Can media play a role in building Peace and transforming conflicts? Is it only attractive when reporting about bad news and bringing sensational scoops? Isn't there any model that could be an alternative to the current journalistic reporting?

Brilliant, in Liberia, my work with UNESCO entails peace journalism, conflict-sensitive reporting training to the media. Bravo, Vanessa, your lecture applies universally!

Thank you so much for sharing this, Vanessa.  I work in this field as well. Broadening the concept to find common ground on many controversial issues can bring us together to create and discover solutions that work.  Surely we need much more of this to help our struggling civilizations.
