Comment by William TARPAI on January 27, 2013 at 5:13pm: Watching helplessly as the war in Bosnia began, my career with UNHCR began working to provide humanitarian assistance in the midst of conflict. Helping families to stabilize, and move beyond conflict has allowed me to observe thousands of stories like Ms. Giovanni described. The Bosnian conflict continues today, thankfully without shooting. Will the Bosnian be able to solve their political divides, and allow its people to show the European Union that it is able to be a member in full standing?
