Que bueno informacion! According to a research by UNICEF, Cuban kids got the highest aptitudes in Math & Sciences across Latin America, which makes Cuba prepared for greater challenges. While this is happening, America's own kids are doing badly in the same science & math and overall aptitude tests. So what sayeth Uncle Sam's hawks? UNICEF had spoken, the hawks better shut up.
