Dear Danielle, thank you so much for the friendship. I'm a refugee under UNHCR mandate and have been in Switzerland for four years. The situation of refugees in Switzerland is worse than in Africa at this point in time. The Federal Government of Switzerland is no longer complying with its obligations under the 1951 UN Refugee Convention and related 1967 Protocol. Hence Switzerland is experiencing a widening and frightening xenophobia. Refugees willing to leave the country are prevented from doing so and so on... In advance, much thanks for your help in this matter. Best regards!!!

dear danielle, wow! i see you have so much experience on this topic. Can you share a story about your experiences in Colombia, or with prisons, and how yoga facilitates peace? especially if you have some methodologies that you used to research this.....

could you also email me, as my internet in india is not the greatest, and i tend to stay on gmail only for days at a time?

Dear friend
"Vasudev kutukbkam" entire world is a family. This is the teaching of our indian culture and tradition. This is a wonderful site to to know our inner self and each other and can make a world a family.
We created countries, boundaries, religions, cast, race for any reason. But this the time to realize that we are one and naturally interconnected with each other which we can just realize by watching inhale and exhale of our breaths. The source is same without any discrimination of religion and boundaries, equally for all living life of universe .When we understand this simple thing then we must understand how our and other's life is equally important, valuable and respectable .
We should follow the nature's rule,God has given us a human life not for destruction but to look after the wellbeing of all living life so that peace and harmony can establish in this planet.
I shall be happy if we could be a friend with harmonious relationship.
