the way you see the Middle East? We are offering a special opportunity
for a small group of youth from around the world to join the trip of a lifetime!
A one-week cultural immersion and journey through Palestine organized
by the Abraham Path (in Arabic, Masar Ibrahim Al Khalil). A special highlight of this trip is the opportunity to walk the Palestinian
segment of the Path!
For the past three years, the Masar Ibrahim al Khalil (Abraham Path-Palestine) has been working to develop a walking trail following the journey of Abraham in Palestine. Today, we are excited to invite people from all over the world to join us in walking our first 70 km segment. Come discover the local culture and traditions, experience the spirit of welcoming and hospitality along the route, and witness the magnificent historical and archeological heritage of Palestine!

This is a journey for those who are open to new cross-cultural experiences and friendships, are respectful and curious, and would
like to have a unique and memorable travel experience.
Join a group of approximately 20 international and Palestinian university students for a 40 km hike in six days across the West Bank, Palestine!
No prior travel or foreign language experience is necessary to join this journey.
Costs and Logistics
The price for the trip is $660 USD per person for Internationals (Please note, through the generosity of some donors we are able to offer $500 scholarships for International students to join the walk.)
The price includes:
Accommodations
Transportation in West Bank
Trip guides
Meals: Breakfast, light lunch, and dinner
Water during the walk
International and local coordinators
The price does NOT include:
Airfare
Airport transfers to Jerusalem and back
Visas
Tips
Snacks
Drinks
Personal items.

Congratulations on your efforts to highlight the Palestinian portion of the Abraham path. I would hope that the walkers would also have an opportunity to visit the path in Jerusalem. Having hosted William Ury recently for a speech at the University of San Diego's Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice, I was very moved by his description of The Abraham Path and his hopes for it to open doors to understanding, empathy and peace. Diana
