The Connection Point Dialogues

To counter the alarming rise of Islamophobia, Peace X Peace launched The Connection Point initiative in January 2011 to break down stereotypes and misunderstandings between Arab, Muslim, and Western women. The Connection Point initiative works to develop women’s leadership skills as international emissaries of peace and cultural exchange.

Our Connection Point Dialogues use videoconferencing to facilitate vital cross-cultural discussions between women from Arab, Muslim, and Western communities around the world. The demand for the Connection Point Dialogues from women around the world has been exceptional.

About Peace X Peace

Founded in 2002, Peace X Peace serves 20,000 women in 125 countries.  Our programs promote gender equity and peacebuilding through leadership development, mentorship, public policy, and intercultural dialogue. We give strength and unity to women’s voices and dynamic trainings to engage them as peacemakers within their countries. Peace X Peace collaborates with the United Nations, fosters international peacebuilding, increases trust and reduces stereotypes across cultural and religious boundaries worldwide.
