The cruel treatment to Kairi Shepherd-An Indian adopted by an American

It's a heart-breaking  story of an Indian  innocent girl Kairi Shepherd  who was adopted by an American woman 30 years ago and  now America wants to dump back the girl to India, claiming her papers for US citizenship are not proper in place and USA rules of law does not allow her to live here. Therefore  Kairi faces deportation to India, a country she left when she was 3 months old.
Kairi was adopted  30 year back from an orphange in Kolkata by the American woman . The girl is a US citizen through her adopted mother. A recent court verdict  has pronounced US government's right to deport her from America as soon as possible . At one side Kairi suffers from multiple sclerosis and has no relatives in India and at other side Kairi's adoptive mother died of cancer when she was just 8 years old. At 17, she was finding  with a  serious drug habit and was later on convicted for cheque forgery.
It was then that the American government got a chance to  initiate deportation proceedings against her showing  her naturalisation documents were not  in complete place .It is really unfortunate that  her American foster mother failed to file application before her death, said  those known to Kairi. Her friends also claim, she won't be able to survive alone in India. Kairi's Kolkata orphanage - International Mission of Hope has already been shut down. US Supreme Court ,is the last and only option remained for the unfortunate and innocent Kairi.
