March Is Mediators Beyond Borders Month

We want to share with you a very special collaboration between and Mediators Beyond Borders (MBB). The entire month of March at is being dedicated to MBB with numerous activities scheduled.


The motivation behind this collaboration is to raise awareness of the important work Mediators Beyond Borders is engaged in through the technology that offers.  This allows not only information to be provided to MBB membership and the at large dispute resolution community but also allows everyone to engage one another.


The schedule for the events is listed below.  We invite everyone to engage in these events and pass along this information to anyone that is interested.  When promoting this on twitter, we invite you to use the #ADRhubMBB hastag.




Week 1: ADRhub Podcast: MBB Executive Director’s Message

This 10 minute special podcast features MBB Executive Director, Charlie Pillsbury, sharing recent, current, and future plans of MBB.


Week 2: ADRhub Podcast: Doug Noll, MBB Board Member

This special episode includes international mediator, author, and 2012 California Lawyer/Attorney of the Year Doug Noll.

Doug has been a board member of MBB since 2007 and is the Board Liaison for the Truth & Reconciliation Commission Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee. He is also a member of the Technology & Information Systems Committee.


Week 3: ADRhub Webinar: MBB Members Reflecting on Recent Programs

Tuesday, March 20th, 6-7pm est.

This special webinar will have 2-4 MBB members sharing their experiences on past and recent MBB projects on Climate Change and Rwanda.  Also, learn how they got involved and how you, either as a current MBB member, or potential member, can get involved. Week 4: ADRhub Twitter Chat 'International Mediation With Mediators Beyond Borders"

Wednesday, March 28th, 8-9pm est.

This months twitter chat will include special guest MBB Treasurer and EC member Prabha Sankaranarayan.  Each month the twitter chat goes for 1 hour.  It is fun and action packed.  Meet other MBB members and learn more about MBB, technology, and other dispute resolution ideas- all tweets!  The #ADRhubChat is the hashtag used.

Mediators Beyond Borders International (MBB)
 is a tax-exempt, not-for-profit, capacity-building organization, which brings together mediators and allied professionals to volunteer worldwide to build conflict resolution capacity in underserved areas in order to make local peacebuilding more effective and sustainable.  MBB also advocates using mediation in resolving international public policy disputes and other conflicts.

About Mediators Beyond Borders: was developed by the Werner Institute, School of Law, at Creighton University. was created to provide everyone in the conflict and dispute resolution community- professionals, practitioners, academics, students, those new to the field and those interested in the field on opportunity to learn and connect with everyone regardless of your location.  It is a place to get news, listen to podcasts, videos, webinars, find jobs, and information on events. is not just a place to find information but also provide it as it is a place to engage everyone in the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) field.
