LIVING PEACEFULLY INVOLVES HAPPY LIFE AND NOT FURY.

Most people and societies do believe that in order to live in peace they have to consider all possible means that can help them avoid anger; and this is right since my anger hurts me more than it hurts my
offender.

Indeed holding on annoyance is totally destructive for the person who is developing this kind of anger. Since its consequences are very harmful to him, thus he must not destroy himself but rather attempt to
shun those
end results as they include negative upshots on his whole body and this
for sure is a great impediment to his delight of the present moment and even in
the future. We are not able to fell altogether angry and happy unless we are no
more human beings; this is quite and quasi impossible for normal people. As a
matter of fact we have a choice between resentment and happiness in order
to achieve peace inside ourselves, at home and in the community in general.

Those individuals who normally decide to go the way of anger over happiness become very upset and frustrated because in this way anger does is
alive in them and consequently no happiness can reside into them, not even in
their homes and worse in their society. If we are able to think of these
negative outcomes deriving from anger, we thus can afford to get more total control
of our moods of anger. Moreover we should speak to our inner person and so
wonder the reason why we are living anger whereas we could, and we are able to
do so, nurture ideas that bring us happiness in our daily life where we are. If
we are capable to use the above suggestions, we have won over anger and so
happiness is at our doors and in our hearts. Happy life makes people happy.
