Cardinal Bishop SM Jay Kumar, Moderator of ACI Dioseces in his welcome address expressed his gratitudes for all the deligates & VIPs.
Hon'ble Minister Of Govt. Mr. S.T Chellapandian & Hon'ble Mayer Of Chennai Mr. Dorai Swamy also presented the Shields, Plaques, Medals & Prizes to the Children & Awardees during the Program.
