Imagine! Employees working collaboratively, addressing challenges, overcoming obstacles, being cordial and an encouragement to each other. No more watching your back or hurtful gossips. No one is trying to bully, manipulate or get you. Hey, you can even be vulnerable... This is not a dream it is possible in most workplaces.
For the next 10 weeks my company is sponsoring a Peace@work initiative as part of our contribution to the global peace initiative. Since we all spend a lot of time at work and come into contact with many challenging personalities, we would like to support and encourage peace@work. During this drive we will host a Blog Talk Radio show that provides a live call for remedial coaching, featuring guests who will share tips and resources for creating and sustaining peace@work. If you have an idea or strategy that employees can readily apply, please let me know and I would be happy to interview you as a guest on the show. You can get a link to the show for your website.
Guests can be anyone who could share their peace stories and be an encouragement for troubled employees at work. We intend to keep this practical with simple tidbits that can be used daily. To learn more or to be interviewed as a guest, please go to: www.peaceatworkday.com we would love to have you join the peace@work initiative. Together we can help create peace@work.
Tell us, what are you doing for peace today?
