Dear All,
TransConflict is pleased to present a new draft document, entitled the 'Principles of Conflict Transformation', which we hope will contribute to the conceptual debate about conflict transformation. The draft is available by clicking on the following link:

TransConflict is distributing this document as a draft in order to offer you the chance to propose recommendations for additions and/or amendments. To share your ideas, please either use the comment function provided or contact us by email. A final version of the Principles will be presented in the new year.
It is envisaged that this document will eventually form the basis of a Global Coalition for Conflict Transformation (GCCT), further provisional information about which is available at:

We again welcome any suggestions that you may have at this stage regarding the proposed GCCT, which we hope to formally launch in early-2012, plus organizations from around the world whom we can potentially invite to join the Coalition.
We would also be grateful if you could share information about these respective initiatives with your colleagues and counterparts. Should you have any questions, or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
