Let Them Vent!

In this blog post I discuss how a mediator who talks about "letting" mediation clients "vent" reveals certain things about his philosophy of mediation by his choice of words.  Though I believe in supporting clients in expressing anger, if they like, I don't see that as "letting" them "vent".
