What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
My lived experience in a world struggling to find its moral compass motivated me to be involved in conflict mitigation and management.. Social and economic imbalances combined with racial, ethnic and religious bias create an environment that encourages discord and conflict.

I am an experienced practioner of conflict analysis, intervention and management in a variety of cultures around the world. I am interested in issues related to identity, ethnicity, gender equity and sectarianism.I have expertise in program design, implementation,monitoring and evaluation and developing risk assessment policies.

Thanks a lot for your concern for lives of the innocent people those who were killed ! This is what we were fearning for quite some time. This kind of situations are going to increase in India.
Let us work together to counter these processes. They appear in one form or the other and we have to check at the bottom.

Hi Wanda, Hope all is well with you. I am soooo enjoying be post doc and working for Search for Common Ground. Right now I'm in Aceh, Indonesia for two weeks doing an assessment for IRD of a small peace resource center here. Then I'm off to Macedonia/Kosovo and the month November in Costa Rica. Wild life, huh?

I would like to share with you news and views about that,
We are running self financed library for community and also involved in social activities like intelactual getto gathers, lectures, debating society, peacebuildings walks and celebrating differnt days as per mentioned in UNO charter.
If you like then kindly help to updating our library portions and books as well as library building's. however if you like all or one of them you could select as per your desire.
I think it will be a great step from you towords a nobele cause.
