What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
I was interested in questions of peace and nonviolence because of my faith as a Mennonite. I worked with Bosnian refugees and later in Bosnia during the war and had a chance to witness the personal and social cost up close which gives me strong motivation in my work.

I have taught classes in social movements and been a trainer and consultant to peacebuilding projects in Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. I hold a master of arts in conflict transformation from Eastern Mennonite University.
