Hello Mr. Obiakor,

Lovely to receive your interest. Wishing you and yours from Nigeria the very best.
In part of the challenge in building and organzing A Partnership for Peace (p4p),
in 1976, arrived the concept to wait to be asked to help 40 Founding Nations. The leaders of Nigeria upon becoming a new Democratic Society under President Obasanjo, were kind to make contact a mere 14 days later after his being sworn in to lead your nation. Representatives worked in the field of medical education and research for several years, through the WHO. Lovely to hear from you.
