What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
Cuba (1959), Vietnam (1960s), 9/11, Iraq, etc. One billion people suffering hunger in today's world (a time bomb). Gender inequalities. Issues of global injustice and environmental degradation which cannot be resolved until there is some degree of solidarity and stable peace among nations.

Cuban-American, married, 2 children, 4 grandchildren, 30 years with IBM, now semi-retired but doing independent research on sustainable development.
