Duties and responsibilities
• By way of extensive travel throughout the region of responsibility, facilitate the introduction and deployment of the program to target clients through existing NGOs and community-based organizations;
• Act as primary ICLA project interface with clients;
• Collect data on clients and key issues affecting them, to identify key geographical and thematic areas for conduct of ICLA activities;
• Monitor and track issues identified;
• Ensure entry of all relevant data into client database;
• Develop and implement strategies for addressing identified issues including:
o planning and implementing innovative awareness raising activities;
o supporting community mediation activities and informal interventions with relevant parties;
o assisting with referrals of clients to other relevant service providers, such as trauma counsellors and family tracing services;
o recommending areas for potential cooperation with local partners and NGOs; and
o Identifying opportunities for capacity-building of local authorities and communities.
• Keep up-to-date on regional political developments which may affect the implementation of ICLA activities;
• Establish relationships with and cooperate with VDC and village level authorities, political representatives, NGOs and UN actors as required to ensure maximum exchange of information and cooperation;
• Prepare regular, written reports for the Project Officer;
• Assist with the preparation of materials, such as pamphlets and training handouts, for awareness raising activities;
• Assist with the facilitation of workshops and other training activities;
• Support the functions of the Legal Assistants and Legal Officers
• Work closely with other Community Mobilizes (including in other sub-offices) to ensure consistency in approach and knowledge sharing;

2. District Coordinator:
Name of the Organization: Bheri Environmental Excellence Group (BEE-GROUP) Nepalgunj

Job Performed:
• Ensure that the activities are implemented according to the project plan of action.
• Participate to the coordination meeting with the district concerned stakeholders and the beneficiaries.
• Follow up the security context in the Jumla district.
• Make a written security report every months.
• Need Assessment the clients distribution of NFI and Shelter Package.
• Follow up of the movement of the teams in the district
• Organize the security of the BEE-Group properties and material
• Work in close collaboration with the Technical team on all the administrative and logistical issues (staff, budgets, supply, security...)
• Write a monthly Activity Report including all the dimensions the work done and lesson learned.
• To assist in a capitalization and analytical report for BEE-Group on the complete program, and putting in place modifications according to its findings.
• To take part in periodic internal workshops for initiating new programs and/or continuing existing programs.
• Supervise and Monitor the activities done by the technical team.
• Insure that all the expenses done in the district are compatible with the budget and done following the BEE-Group procedures
• Implement and ensure the respect of BEE-Group staff regulation
• Follow up of the staff contract, leave, …
• Prepare monthly account report.
• Participate in designing Project Plan of Action as per the donor procedures.
Management of different logistic activities
• Support the opening of the program and assist in the setting up of bases.
• In collaboration with the Project Coordinator set up the logistic organization in base and implement BEE-Group logistic procedures.
• Manage and supervise the logistic department and staff in bases ensuring smooth service to technical departments and programs.
• Process orders from technical departments, purchase locally available material according to BEE-Group logistics procedures
• Train and supervise the storekeepers at the bases and ensure that the overall store management is conforming to BEE-Group procedure
• Train and supervise the guards, the office assistant and office caretakers
• Follow up of the equipment and ensure proper management of communication devices.
• Organize and monitor the different staff and expatriates field movement.
• Make a monthly logistic report to the Executive Director.

Coordination & Reporting
• Participate to the Base coordination meeting.
• Work in close collaboration with the Technical team on all the administrative and logistical issues (staff, budgets, supply, security...)

• Maintaining records on financial accounts, personnel, procurement and inventory in a project management software application and providing logistic support for smooth implementation of Programme.
• Preparing and submitting donor agencies office quarterly financial reports and annual Progress reports.
• Management of Resources (inventories and financial resources).
• Provide training in Human Right and office management of field based project staff;
