What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

I have been working as trainer in conflict resolution and peace education. So it is important to be involved in this kind of networks to share knowledge and experiences.

I am now doing research on democracy education and attitudes of youngsters towards democracy.
