I founded India's first conflict transformation center in 2005 in Bangalore. We are a team of between 12-15 people, many of whom have advanced degrees in conflict resolution. We work in both, the community and the corporate sector. We do mediation, dialogue facilitation and multi-stake holder consensus building. We are always looking for dedicated, passionate and talented mediators and facilitators.
It took me a long time to find my path, in the interim I was a graphic designer, teacher in critical thinking and trainer in creativity. I also tried to write a novel that floundered because I the characters ran away mid way.
