Hi Jay:
I noticed Susan is using it in a course she is teaching at ICAR, which shows it is still relevant.

Hello Jay:
We've co-published an article together, so shouldn't we be network friends too? I'm not sure how to invite you though since we don't each other's emails.

Hi Jay, It is so nice to meet someone with the same interests! I haven't yet published on the topic but hope that I might be able to do so with my Masters thesis. I am going to Lebanon in March to work with children from different conflicting groups on visual arts projects hoping to change their perception of the conflict they are in.

There seems to be a great lack of research in the area of arts and conflict resolution. I do hope this changes. I think art does have the power to change.

I will most certainly look at your work. It seems incredibly interesting.

Wonderful again to meet someone with similar interests. I'd be pleased to give you part of my thesis to read once I finish.

Best, Rebecca

Jay,

I hope that you are well.

Just got to reading your article on ROI and it was excellent. Simple and directive. "Given that most people tend to have a natural and conditioned aversion to conflict, managers often see themselves as professional problem solvers." So true in the commercial world. How does one then address CEO's, heads of corporations and financial instititions so they can rethink they way they think not just about the intra-community office life that they manage but the impact their business decisions make on the international or indigenous communities they operate in and influence.
