i am a Ph.D scholar at national defence university islamabad, area of study is strategic and security studies, however, eager to work in collective research area as a professional researcher. now a days i am working on a 'strategic equillibrium' which could be a mile stone between two rivalary states for a manageable cooprative environment. i want to present that idea on international forum.
