What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

My previous studies in the Middle East and Central America as well as my involvement with a youth hockey club and school in the Ukraine. My graduate work on Conflict Resolution and Mediation for Business Administrators also provided me more academic knowledge on peace studies. I am currently looking at Phd programs in peace studies.
