Mr. Voloshin came to the EEOC from the District of Columbia Superior Court, where he served as the ADR Training and Evaluation Manager at the Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division.
Before his work with the DC Superior Court, Mr. Voloshin served as the ADR Director and EEO Officer for the New York City Civilian Complaint Review Board, an independent mayoral agency responsible for handling complaints against the New York City Police Department. For many years, Mr. Voloshin was an adjunct professor at New York University in the Conflict and Dispute Resolution Program.

Prior to government service, Mr. Voloshin was an attorney, consultant, mediator, negotiator, and arbitrator in the private sector. He has worked with non-profit organizations, quasi-governmental entities, and large multi-national corporations. He holds MBA and JD degrees from the College of William and Mary, and is licensed to practice law in New York State.

Mr. Voloshin is a member of the Workplace Conflict Management Section in the Interagency ADR Working Group, an entity established by Congress and the President to coordinate, promote, and facilitate the effective use of ADR throughout the federal government.

I think U intrest in peace.i'm a graduate in Peace & conflict Resolution in University of Kelaniya In Sri lanka.Then i studied in Internatioan Relations,Human Rigts,Counselling Psycology Diplomas.my last job is Youth national coordinator in anty war front in Sri Lanka.
Now i work in Human rights NGO.We help marginalized people in Sri lankan Conflict.
So we can share our peace knowledge
