What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

I graduated from the University of Essex with a BA in Politics in International Relations in 2005. I then proceeded to appropriate professional experience, firstly through the completion of an internship in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and then through a government role in London.

My curiosity in conflict resolution not diminished, I returned to post-graduate study at the University of Amsterdam through undertaking an MA in Conflict Resolution and Governance.

My primary areas of thematic interest incluse; sociology of conflict, identity as a primer to conflict and ethnic violence. I will be conducting fieldwork for my theses this spring, most likely in Nepal.
