Hi Joshua. Your project sounds like a good one. A few questions I have: 1. Are you planning that the three-week sessions will be intensive, full days with classes etc? 2. Will you be able to bring youth together for the three week sessions? Will they be able to set aside the time for such three-week periods? 3. Have you been able to secure funding yet? 4. At this point, do you know when you will schedule the sessions?

I would consider being on your board of directors. Would you tell me more about who is involved (both those who are involved in developing the project and those who will be teaching) and what their backgrounds are.

I would also be interested in participating in some of the training for the sessions if you felt I would be helpful. We would have to figure out scheduling and the cost of travel if we got to that point.

Hi tim i have started a civil society organisation called the centre for education, economic empowerment, human rights and democracy to advocate for the rights of people who are marginalised in uganda.According to a recent survey by oxfam uganda, it has been revealed that ugandan youths are not catered for inthe social, political and economic transformation of uganda yet they have alot of potential. It has alos been observed that politicians in uganda use young people to engage in violence especially when the outcome of elections are not intheir favour. Therefore, basing onthe fact that uganda will be going for the second very competitive multiparty elections in 2011, our new project is strategically focussing on youths in secondary schools, universities and the unemployeed, our project is focussing on organising workshops, on non violence, conflict resolution and management. We are looking at having a two to three weeks camping in various districts of uganda.Iam glad to hear that you are interested, feel free to get in touch and i would be glad to hear from you once again,This is just a brief of what we plan to do
