I was born in Freetown on June 19, 1966. I attended the St. Edward's primary and secondary schools here in Freetown. I had my university education in St.Paul's College-Seminary affiliated to the Pontifical Urban University in Rome, Italy. I did my post-graduate studies at Duquesne University In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA., and in Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. Currently, I am a Lecturer in St. Paul's Major Seminary in Regent, Freetown. I am also the Director of the Justice, Peace and Human Right Commission in the Archdiocese of Freetown and Bo.
