As Executive Director of Resolution Systems Institute, I work to strengthen court ADR systems through program development, research and resources. I've been a mediator since 1983, handling employment, real estate, commercial, juvenile, housing, minor criminal and neighborhood disputes.

Currently and to the best of my knowledge, Pakistan has no specific law on mediation. Therefore, I will be pleased if you could kindly share your ideas and any related experience you may have in mediation.
