During my more than ten years experience in the National Human Rights Commission I have been involved in various activities including national and international trainings on different thematic issues of human rights, complaints handling, human rights monitoring and investigation as well as planning, monitoring and evaluation task .I have also completed 2 years assignment in the Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development(FORUM-ASIA) as Manager for South Asia Department. I had supported the production of documentary project supported by OHCHR Geneva on the issue of untouchability. I have realized that the visual medium of advocacy is stronger in the developing countries like Nepal .
I had also got opportunity to work in the in the OHCHR Regional Office for South East Asia Bangkok as a Human Rights Intern after completion of the course of LLM in Human Rights from the University of Hong Kong. I had organized Human Rights Film Festival as Coordinator to mark the International Human Rights Day 2006 in UNESCAP building Bagkok. .The festival was observed by the great curiosity by the spectators. Programme. I have been using the visual materials in the training, workshops and orientation programme on human rights. Therefore, I think that I can better utilize my knowledge ,skills and experiences for the cause of human rights, peace and development.

They all advocated that only Value based only Teachers education would bring long term and stable transformation of society.
