What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
We all want peace and happiness.

My interest is in working towards a future where we all are free to live in a happy and peaceful state.

I am particularly interested in how peace workers support themselves to avoid frustration and burnout from the challnges they face in this line of work. My own practice involves meditation and exercise.
