I graduated from ICAR/George Mason University in 2004 with a Master's in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. After graduation, I worked at Northern Virignia Mediation Service and a mediation firm in Atlanta. I currently work in the Center for Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University. I am responsible for managing a variety of projects including community outreach, training programs, community partnerships, and writing and managing grants. Iam a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and regularily conduct seminars on conflict resolution and communication skills.
