- Sharmon Lynnette Monagan, M.S., is a Conflict Analysis scholar and seasoned practitioner. She has authored a book in addition to penning several papers, and is an accomplished Mediator. Sharmon holds a Bachelor of Science from Saint Leo University, a Master of Science from Central Michigan University, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University. Sharmon is certified in Civil and Divorce Mediation. Her cerebral approach has successfully brought about resolution to complex and intractable mediation cases. Her area of expertise includes domestic violence, divorce, and restorative justice mediation. Her research interest is gender and conflict, with concentrations in: familicide, domestic violence, human trafficking, feminization of poverty, gender stratification, identity, human dignity and international human rights.
