Facilitator, mediator, and trainer with professional experience in interpersonal, non-verbal, and intercultural communication and conflict issues. I am bilingual (English and Spanish) with experience teaching, training, and facilitating for diverse groups of adults and youth in New Mexico, Latin America, Africa, and India. I have worked on issues dealing with ethnic conflict, marginalization of indigenous and immigrant groups, environmental contamination, land-use development, and transportation issues. Most recently, I have facilitated conflict transformation workshops in Uganda, Kenya, Zanzibar, Mauritius, and India and a series of workshops on Collaborative Consensus Building in Bolivia and Seychelles.
