Profile Information

What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
In any conflict, people are suffering mostly because of egoistic needs of those in power. There are common grounds where such conflicts could be resolved in an amicable way for the peace of the country and its people.
Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
I worked in conflict ridden regions with the UN for quite sometime and I feel the responsibility of geting too much involved in trying to assist those in conflict to bring peace.

Conflicts could be resolved once the concerned parties agree to the principles. It is unfortunate that most of the conflicts progress despite the war has come to a halt because the parties are not trusting one another.

We need to build this lost trust so that people could understand and come together again to resolve their differences in an amicable way through proper mediation.

Africa, Asia-Afghanistan and East Timor
