Photographer, Filmmaker, and Artist Sarah Singh was born to the Royal family of Patiala, Punjab, India, and has lived most of her life in the US. For the last 6 years, she has worked in the film industry for MTV, Showtime, History Channel and on independent feature films. Her award-winning film THE SKY BELOW has screened across the world from Santa Barbara to Singapore. Most recently she presented her film in London at the Victoria and Albert Museum, Pakistan High Commission, and Oxford University. Her emphasis on crafting strong cinematographic visuals in film stems from a more than 25-year dedication to working with still photography. Sarah has held solo and group exhibits of her fine art both in India and the US. Much of the work is in private collections. She is currently in production on a coffee table book.
