Profile Information

What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
I first became interested conflict theory during my undergraduate studies at George Mason University. The amazing people in the Conflict Analysis and Resolution program as well as the incredible opportunities have inspired my immersion in the field.
Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
I am a cultural fanatic and professional vagabond, hopelessly in love with travel.

This past May 2009 I completed my undergraduate studies in Conflict Analysis and Resolution with a minor in Women and Gender studies at George Mason University. Topics that I remain passionate about.

Immediately following my graduation (mere days afterward) I moved to Northeast Thailand to begin a six month teaching contract. I am currently back in the States and looking for a career path that allows me to utilize a passion for cultural research and understanding; be that path in this country or not (aiming for Southeast Asia).
Please list the countries and/or regions in which you (or your organization) have direct and significant expertise
United States, Thailand; specifically the Northeastern Isaan regions, Cambodia; a recent academic and experiential pursuit.
What is your current country of residence (or location of your organization)?
USA
What is your current job (and organization) and/or where and what field are you studying?
Between positions.
How many years professional experience do you have ?

Conflict Resolution, Culture, Education, Gender, Human Rights, Refugees
Which are your primary skills areas(or the primary skill areas of your organization)?
