What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
Research on the famine and conflict in Somalia throughout the 90s.

I recently finished my Master's in International Education and Training at American University. I have experience in grant and proposal writing, M&E and sector analysis in the Education Sector. My specialty is educational equity in Mozambique but I have considerable knowledge of education throughout Africa and much of the developing world as well.
