As education coordinator for the Center for Nonviolent Solutions, I promote conflict transformation (mediation programs, healthy power groups for boys, anti-bullying programs, teen dating violence prevention activities, etc.) in schools through teacher training, curriculum infusion, and direct work with students. I was a member of the board (national committee) of the War Resisters League for over 25 years (www.warresisters.org). I co-edited Peacework Magazine (www.new.peaceworkmagazine.org) including conducting investigative journalism to expose the dynamics and realities of military recruiting. I'm currently teaching introduction to peace studies at Clark University.
