What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
Curiosity: about the hows, whys and whats of the current world situation and more importantly, about the pragmatic, practical and realistic resolutions to shift the current paradigm to create a new concept of the world and its structures.
Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
I have completed my course requirement for an M.A in Peace and Conflict Studies from the European University Centre for Peace Studies, Austria. I am currently writing my thesis in completion of the M.A.

I have recently begun to work specifically with young people (15-25) and find it extremely challenging and exciting. I am hoping to work on a peace project about meaningfully engaging youth participation in peace processes.
I am fascinated by most aspects of the subject. However, I am especially interested in issues pertaining to Gender, Identity, Popular Culture, Peace Journalism and Non-Violence.

I enjoy writing, photography, theatre, films, music, books and travelling. I also play football and field hockey.

Hey everyone,

I finished the course requirement for my M.A in Peace and Conflict Studies at the E.P.U, Stadtschlaining; Austria in August 2008. I've been struggling with my thesis for a while now and have finally gotten organised and have been thinking about readers, statements and have even started writing a draft version (really, a very rough draft!).
